Join me for an Interpersonal Mindfulness Day Retreat, designed specifically as a follow-up day for graduates of the Interpersonal Mindfulness Course. The day will enable you to reconnect with the practice and with fellow practitioners.
It is an opportunity to consolidate your learning from the course, to sharpen and refine your understanding and practice of the relational guidelines. It will include periods of silent meditation, mindful movement and dialogues in pairs and small groups. We will explore topics that support us in recognising and accessing positive mental and emotional capacities that are essential for cultivating authentic and meaningful relationships.
