This urban mindfulness retreat is an invitation to get away and take some time just for yourself without having to leave London. Over the course of the weekend, you will be gently guided through practices that will allow you to slow down, reconnect with what matters and be reminded of the inner sense of ease and presence that is always just a few mindful breaths away.
Held in our space overlooking Fitzroy Square garden, you will have a chance to relax and settle into silence as you deepen your mindfulness practice away from everyday distractions. Over the course of two days, there will be alternating periods of silence and practice, including mindful movement, walking meditation, sitting practice, and lying down.
Through cultivating the key attitudes of mindfulness throughout, we will be reminded of how mindfulness can help us return to meet the challenges of everyday life with greater ease and awareness, and with more connection and compassion.
The retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. It offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your practice if it has lapsed, and many find that attending retreats offers motivation to help jumpstart or support an ongoing mindfulness practice.
