The Mindfulness Network CIC
The Mindfulness Network CIC, a collaboration between Bangor, Exeter and Oxford Universities, was established to support excellence in Mindfulness Teaching and to offer secular retreats for people who wish to deepen their mindfulness practice in non-religous ways. I offer supervision, mentoring and retreats here.
Mindfulness Beyond is a community of experienced mindfulness teachers who are actively involved in mindfulness training that develops and deepens practice beyond introductory offerings such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (which we also teach).
Together we’re exploring the possibilities of ongoing mindfulness practice beyond eight-weeks.
Mindfulness Network Retreats
The Mindfulness Network offers a range of mindfulness retreats that are inclusive, based on well-researched approaches, and respect differing views and beliefs. Their retreats are informed by both ancient knowledge and modern theories, as well as scientific findings about health and well-being. They are open to people of any and no faith.
Their aim is to provide mindfulness-based practitioners and teachers with a variety of opportunities to deepen their practice, in supportive settings, with the guidance of experienced mindfulness retreat leaders.
