This is an opportunity for all those who have attended an eight-week mindfulness programme (not just our own) to meet on a monthly basis to develop and deepen their mindfulness practice. Each session will include formal meditation practice, mindful contemplations pertinent to our health and well-being, and group sharing and support.
The group will meet the first Tuesday of every month between 7:00pm and 9pm.The sessions are £15 for those who can afford it, otherwise a donation towards the teachers livelihood is welcome.
